Terms & Conditions 


An order is only official once full payment has been made. It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure that the equipment will be fit for the purpose for which they intend to use the equipment.


R2 Refrigeration reserves the right to amend prices at any time dependent on the market prices or for any other reason whatsoever.

Disposal of Old Equipment

The Buyer will take responsibility for the financial costs for disposal of the old refrigeration cabinet.


It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the equipment is installed and commissioned by a qualified refrigeration engineer.  R2 Refrigeration do not accept any liability for equipment no fitting due to measurements.


Unless otherwise agreed by R2 Refrigeration, payment for goods is strictly on a pro forma basis and the goods will not be reserved until payment is received.


Delivery dates and times are given as estimates only R2 Refrigeration cannot accept liability for any delays however caused.

Deliveries are kerbside palletised drop off unless otherwise agreed with R2 Refrigeration.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods at the time of taking delivery or collecting. Should equipment arrive damaged, the Delivery Note must be signed and the delivery/part delivery refused. If signed for “unexamined/examined” the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and no claim for damage will be entertained by the R2 Refrigeration.


Requests for return of goods for whatever reason must be made on the day of delivery and will be entirely at the discretion of the R2 Refrigeration. Defects in quality or dimension of any delivery shall not be grounds for cancellation.


All goods are sold with minimum 1 Month Parts Only Warranty. Labour Warranty is Not Supplied.  We will terminate any Warranty if our staff are subjected to physical or verbal abuse in the course of carrying out their duties. It is the Buyer’s legal responsibility to ensure that maintenance is carried out and all filters are cleaned and electrical and parts tested every three months by a qualified refrigeration engineer. Failure to provide satisfactory maintenance will invalidate any Warranty.  Any Warranty supplied will exclude any glass, light fittings, cosmetic damage.  The Company shall not accept any claim for any loss of profit or economic loss resulting from defective parts. Parts will only be despatched upon receiving engineers report and carriage payment. Transport costs for replacing faulty parts will be charged at the current rate. Following replacement of a part, the R2 Refrigeration cannot guarantee that other parts will not fail in the future. Install where maximum room temperature is not over 25°C.
